So, wanna bet this guy is called "Scrappy" or "Scrawny" or something-y like that?

The Elpasos barkeep runs a bar on his home world. He is a helpful guy, and one might further judge from his appearance that he's a pushover. Truthfully, he can deal with the behaviour of aggressive patrons, just as long as they don't try to skip on paying for their drinks. That's what really pushes his buttons. If the situation comes up, he does not hesitate to pull out his gun to force the fraud to cough up.

The Elpasos barkeep appeared exclusively in the UK portion of the Marvel Comics continuity.

The barkeep was peacefully doing his job one day when one of his customers, introducing himself as Death's Head, asked for clarification on a wanted poster put up in the bar. After a little misunderstanding over Death's Head occupation as "bounty hunter" or "freelance peace-keeping agent", the barkeep explained the source of conflict between the offerer of the bounty, Rodimus Prime, and the one sought for, Galvatron, as well as why the former needed help taking down his enemy.

With the details of the case provided, the barkeep added that so far, none had had any luck in finding Galvatron. Death's Head made to leave, convinced he was going to do better, ignoring the fact he had yet to pay his tab. The barkeep swiftly held him at gunpoint, demanding pay for the three quarts of oil the freelance peace-keeping agent had drunk. Death's Head reacted calmly and handed over his paycard. The barkeep thanked him, then noticed the card was blank, then noticed it was a distraction as Death's Head grabbed his head and swung him into the wall... twice! Beaten up, the barkeep couldn't drag himself up to repeat his demand and had to let Death's Head go without receiving his money. Wanted: Galvatron — Dead or Alive!
