That's not suggestive at all.

The First One is the just ruler of Femax, a planet inhabited by a race of Transformer-sized humans whose males are mentally inferior to females, and where the two genders live in strict separation.

As a result of this dichotomy, the First One has no respect for males and is highly distrustful of them, but like any ruler of a world of warrior women, she awaits the one male who can prove her equal.

Marvel The Transformers comics

The First One's day was interrupted when Shandikar, the commander of her guard, brought in two "men" who had dared to set foot in the Golden Realm. Whereas Landmine's hostile attitude did not impress her, Cloudburst's diplomatic words and pacifistic demeanor made her decide to give the trespassers a chance to avoid punishment. As the women of Femax valued physical skills above all else, the First One ordered Cloudburst to prove if he was as fine a fighter as he was a talker.

Naturally, Cloudburst passed all the tests, leaving the First One quite intrigued by this rare specimen of a man. As such, she invited him to discuss his "reward" in her quarters, which he warily accepted. Once in the privacy of her domain, the First One began making the moves on him, rather easily talking him out of his armor. Cloudburst played along until the First One suggested he become the Second One–her mate. Realizing his mistake, Cloudburst revealed to her that he was, in fact, a robot and thus incapable of being her mate.

Enraged by this deceit, the First One lopped off his head and took it outside to Landmine. Rather than taking on the Femaxians though, Landmine decided to act like Cloudburst, lowering his weapon and repeating that he and his friend only had come to help another, not to harm anyone. Taken aback by this behavior, the First One realized she had been wrong in letting emotions cloud her judgement, and ordered her guards to lower their weapons as well.

The Femaxians repaired Cloudburst and the First One publicly apologized to both robots and to her people for her shallowness. As a token of respect and friendship, she gave Cloudburst and Landmine a supply of the lead sulfide crystals they had come to find, then bade them farewell. Recipe for Disaster!
