Before the Great War broke out, the people of Harmonex regarded the Decepticons an as insignificant threat. The first of the city to sign up was Punch who was thrown a party the night before he shipped out. Twenty-seven solar cycles later, the city was destroyed by the Decepticons with no survivors. After being critically injured and rebuilt with only a single robot mode and two conflicting sets of memories, Punch asked Impactor whether the Wrecker had ever been to Harmonex; an uncertain Impactor believed that he had, but that he had never met anyone else who had been to Harmonex before.
