Mitsuaki Kanuka

Mitsuaki Kanuka (かぬか光明 Kanuka Mitsuaki; born February 5, 1980) is a Japanese actor and voice actor. Although he has been involved in such prominent properties as Jojo's Bizarre Adventures: Star Ocean, Lupin III and Beyblade, he typically has minor roles.
Though he has much active dubbing credits as the current Japanese voice of Winnie the Pooh, Patrick Star in Spongebob Squarepants, Perry Babcock in ParaNorman, Corporal in Penguins of Madagascar, Sandman in Insomniac's Spider-Man 2, Starchy in Adventure Time, Mutagen Man in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2012), Greez Dritus in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, Mel in The Secret Life of Pets,and Dr. Eggman in the final season of Sonic Prime (filling in for Kōtarō Nakamura).
