A redeco of the Classics Mini-Con Thunderwing (who is identical to the Cybertron Mini-Con Nightscream), Noise Effect transforms into an F-14 Tomcat swing-wing fighter jet. Depending on the lighting, Noise Effect's deco is a negative color duplicate of Thunderwing/Nightscream's colors.

Noise Effect was released as a campaign item exclusive to Ito Yokaido stores, available only on July 20th, 2007, with the purchase of any 2007 Transformers movie toy.

This mold was also used to make Universe Boltflash, Henkei Cybertron Sling, and Transformers Barrel Roll.
