Rika Fukami

Rika Fukami (深見 梨加 Fukami Rika, alternately 深見 理佳 born August 8, 1963) is a Japanese voice actress and licensed hypnotherapist. She is also known as Rica Fukami and her real name is Rika Tsuda (津田 理佳 Tsuda Rika). She is best known for her roles as the voices of Minako Aino/Sailor Venus in Sailor Moon, Fran in Final Fantasy XII, Enya Geil in the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure OVAs, Helen Jackson in Mobile Suit Victory Gundam and among many other roles.
As Japanese dubbing would go, she has voiced Linka in Captain Planet and the Planeteers, Ivy in Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego?, Alecto in God of War: Ascension, Foxy Loxy in Chicken Little, Opal in PB&J Otter and she's one of the dub over voices for Catherine Zeta-Jones, Angelina Jolie, Sharon Stone, Famke Janssen, Jodie Foster and Courtney Cox, including as Monica Geller in Friends.
