Steve and Colin were looking forward to the party to celebrate both Christmas and the 250th issue of Transformers, but when they arrived a sign on the door made it clear that the party was for Transformers only and they were not invited. Though initially dejected, Steve phoned up Spider-Man and invited him and his friends to their own party in the Combat Shed, where he made small talk with Captain America. Christmas with Combat Colin

Steve was with Colin when he learnt that with the 300th issue of Transformers, his strip was to be printed in full colour. While they celebrated, almost all their various enemies united to attack the Combat Shed simultaneously. After Colin defeated them with a single blast from a boxing-glove gun, he boasted that he could boot out the Transformers and take over the whole comic. However, when Blaster appeared to pick up Colin and ask him, "Boot WHO out and take WHAT over?" Colin decided it might be best for them to stick to their own page after all. Combat Colin issue 300
