"He just called us dense!" "Burn him!"

As with everything on their world, the Zamojin are extremely dense, making them strong enough to damage Transformer armor-plating. They also possess a great telepathic ability, giving them advanced knowledge. Although possessing an apparently rudimentary society, they had enough knowledge to build starlight-powered technology and begin to take the first steps into space—a fact which was enough to make the Quintessons feel threatened by them.

The Zamojin are ruled over by an Empress. Their telepathic power is harnessed and amplified by the guardian Kodu Ri, which stands in their capital city of Tozin.

The Transformers cartoon

On the Night of the Devils, the Zamojin scientist Niko Don prepared to launch his "flying tower", a rocket ship to be piloted by Nijika, a small robot he had also created. The ceremony was interrupted by the arrival of the Quintessons, who disabled Kodu Ri, and sealed the whole star system in a quadrant lock. Without the power of their guardian and the light of the stars, the use of their mental abilities was lost to the Zamojin, and they were left in a state of primitive stagnation.

Some five thousand years later, the Quadrant Lock was breached by a group of Autobots including the scientist Perceptor, who was suffering a form of transformation paralysis. Katsu Don, the descendant of Niko Don, used Perceptor's universal emulator to repair Nijika, resulting in the Autobot's consciousness being placed in the robot.

Meanwhile, a group of Zamojin had found Blurr and, assuming he was associated with the Quintesson "devils", took him back to Tozin where the people gathered and threatened to execute the Autobot, egged on by Cyclonus and a Quintesson who blended into the crowd somehow. After Perceptor threatened to expose the Quintesson duplicity, the Quintessons took the universal emulator and fled, only to have the modified emulator destroy the quadrant lock, freeing the world from its black prison.

With the return of starlight to the sky over Tozin, the Zamojin telepathic ability returned, and they were able to repair Kodu Ri and begin restoring the rest of their technology. The Face of the Nijika

Legends comic

After trying and failing to invade the Legends World, the Quintessons feared the creators of the universe and placed the Zamojin under quadrant lock. However, thanks to their travel traversing both space and time, the Quintessons placed the lock long before the Zamojin would conceive of the world. Bonus Edition Vol. 59

After the Quadrant Lock was broken, the Zamojin used their telepathy to create the dream world known as the Legends World, where wishes could come true. They did so as an experiment in "spirit energy" that allowed the Zamojin to absorb the spirit energy of its residents to grow stronger. LG-18 Armada Starscream Super Mode Prologue Their android creation, the robotic Windblade, was assigned to monitor it and was tasked with destroying the universe once the experiment was concluded, but failed to do so. Bonus Edition Vol. 12 The Zamojin subsequently lost their control over Windblade, but were able to regain it after strengthening themselves with Armada Megatron's spirit energy. However, Megatron departed the Legends Universe before they could have Windblade carry out her duty, and they lost her again. Bonus Edition Vol. 18

When the Deadlock of Cloud World brought SARA into the Legends Universe, the Zamojin were able to take control of her body. Explaining to Deadlock that the Cloud Transformers were copies of beings from other universes, they revealed that they disapproved of these mere copies being allowed to manage all of spacetime, a position clearly more suited for the Zamojin themselves! Before they could try to use SARA's powers for their own means, Skids intervened and had Deadlock return her to Cloud World. Bonus Edition Vol. EX
