Aditi Rao Hydari, who recently captivated audiences with her role in Heeramandi, has responded to the prospect of returning for the show's second season and shared her thoughts on her viral walk.
Today, June 13, Aditi engaged with fans in an interactive session on Netflix India’s Instagram Stories, where she responded to playful fan questions. One fan inquired if she would be returning for the second season of her period drama series, Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar.

In response, Aditi remarked, “You guys want Bibbojaan back, so I’m wondering how it’s going to happen.” Playfully mimicking a ghost, she said, “Boooo,” before laughing and adding, “I don’t know.” For those unfamiliar, Aditi’s character Bibbojaan dies in the first season of the show.

When asked about her viral Gaja Gamini walk, Aditi described the experience as “really overwhelming.” She expressed her gratitude to Sanjay Leela Bhansali and her audience, saying she was thrilled by the positive reception.

Aditi highlighted ‘Dhitang Dhitang’ as her character’s favorite moment, noting the significant love she received for it. She also mentioned the death scene, which gave her “goosebumps.” The actress praised Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s direction and vision, calling the scene “just beautiful.”
The first season, released on May 1, 2024, is available for streaming on an OTT platform. Season 2 was officially announced earlier this month.
