Tuğan şähär universitetın?! uñışlı tämamlağan häm magistr däräcäsen alğan[4]. Anıñ «Dissertatio Philosophica Inauguralis de fundamentis et requirede legis naturae»[6] dissertatsiäse äxlaq häm yaxşılıq prinsipları turında soñraq basılğan wäğäzlärneñ elgäre bulıp xezmät itä.
1741 yılda, dissertatsiäsen bastırğannan soñ ike yıl ütkäç, Bler presviterian wäğäzçese litsenziäsen alğan. Ozaqlamıy Liven grafı[en] Blernıñ populärlığı turında işetkän häm anı Fayftağı[en] Kollessi[en] çirkäwenä üzeneñ xezmätçese itep täqdim itkän; anda beraz waqıt eşlägännän soñ Bler Edinburgqa eşkä kitkän[4].
1757 yılda Sent-Endrüs universitetı[en] aña din beleme doktorı[en] däräcäsen birgän häm beraz soñraq Bler alma-materda?! ritorika häm näfis süz icatı[d] kafedrasın alğan; ul bu wazifanı 1783 yılda pensiägä çıqqançı saqlağan. Blernıñ kursı anıñ ike tomlı «Lectures on rhetoric and belles lettres» xezmätendä yazılğan, ul berençe tapqır 1783 yılda Londonda basılğan (yaña basma 1879 yılda dönya kürgän)[4]. Ber ük waqıtta ul Şotlandiä çirkäweneñ xezmätçese dä bulğan[7].
Bler başta Edinburg kirmänendä[en] urnaşqan 71-nçe pexota polkınıñ kapellanı[en] itep bilgelängän[8].
Bler küp tapqırlar Şotlandiä şağire-mistifikatorı Ceyms Makfersonnı[en] «Ossian cırları»n çığarğanda yaqlağan, alarnıñ çınlığın ul 1763 yılda «Dissertation on the poems of Ossian» mäqäläsendä yaqlağan[4]. Waqıt uzu belän cırlarnıñ çınlıqta Makferson üze yazğanlığı açıqlanğan, ä Ossian[en] poemalarınıñ gel telennän tärcemäse tügel[9].
1755 yılda Bler ingliz telendä «Edinburg küzätüwe» («Edinburgh Review») jurnalına nigez salğan[4][10][11].
Hyu Bler 1800 yılnıñ 27 dekäbrendä Edinburg şähärendä wafat bulğan häm Greyfrayers ziratında[en] cirlängän.
