Last week, our teams participated in Benny Week, dedicated to raising awareness and donations for The Boots Benevolent Fund. This registered charity provides support to eligible current and former Boots and No7 Beauty Company team members experiencing financial hardship. From the Big Benny Bake Off to rocking crazy socks, our colleagues took part in various activities to support the cause. A huge thank you to everyone involved! 💙

Boots Online Doctor has launched a new Skin Condition Diagnosis service offering patients a convenient way to access expert advice and diagnosis of common skin conditions, such as psoriasis, eczema, dermatitis, acne and rosacea, without the need for a GP appointment. Patients who receive a diagnosis can then access a range of other Boots Online Doctor skin services for further advice and treatment depending on their diagnosed condition or visit their GP. Committed to providing the best skincare advice for customers, we are also offering dermatological training to over 4,000 of our pharmacists across the UK. Developed in conjunction with leading dermatologist Dr Justine Hextall, the enhanced training will enable Boots pharmacists to offer advanced clinical skincare advice in store for free, without the need for an appointment. Over 1,200 Boots Beauty and Healthcare Specialists have received additional skincare training to give them a better understanding of different skin types and conditions.
