A few weeks ago, when I shared my experiences with microaggressions, I was surprised at how many people from different minority groups resonated with my story. While I don't typically speak about my ethnicity, nor have I built my "voice" on LinkedIn around it, this experience was a great reminder to me that DEI matters to everyone.
