🌟 NEW ROLE - Asset Manager 🌟 I have a fantastic client side Asset Manager role for one of our very active clients, who work across the UK and sector agnostic. This is very much a value add asset manager who can think creatively and take ownership of their work. They will be working in a small team, gaining copious amounts of exposure to all areas of the business. The successful candidate must have at least 2 years asset management experience in a client side firm. They must also have a good understanding of cash flows as well as other numerical skills, as this role is closely working with the investment team. This role would suit someone hard working, entrepreneurial and looking for exposure to opportunistic real estate investing. Their London based investment team is very active and looking for a new Investment Analyst to join their growing team. The successful individual will be part of a highly active and fast paced team. You will be analysing potential investment opportunities, assisting with due diligence, research, underwriting as well as financial modelling.
