    Head of Sales – Beauty Brand C£90k Hybrid Cambridgeshire & working from home Being part of this ambitious, growing masstige beauty brand business you will have a genuine opportunity to make huge personal impact. Leading an effective sales team of six, operating as the senior account manager across their impressive UK Grocer & Beauty Retailer portfolio, we are looking for a true people manager able to lead internally and influence externally. The business has a very strong domestic customer base as well solid International business to continue to build on via all sales channels; direct to retailer, wholesale and distribution partner, there is massive opportunity to drive significant growth.   As Head of Sales, you’ll need to be visible in your team and so working on site a minimum of 3 days a week as well as traveling to meet with key customers. Leading your team from the front, you’ll have a clear vision of what ‘good looks like’, collaborating with other functional heads and ensuring communication with your reporting line Director is fluid and adds value. As well as the clear strengths in sales and leadership capability, the successful person will need to be analytical, using data effectively to forecast and plan.     Clearly a background in beauty brand sales would be highly beneficial but we are also open to a similar mass/masstige product category within FMCG may be considered.
