One that's been radically reimagined, especially for startupland.
As an Entrepreneur-in-Residence, I worked closely with the co-founders to establish a world-class content function and successfully bring Framework to market.
This involved:
Recruiting top global startup operators (CxOs & VPs of rocketship companies) to join their “faculty”.
Interviewing these top operators to unlock their unique playbooks for scaling companies successfully.
Managing a small squad to transform these interviews into top-quality written, visual & audio content.
Helping them to leverage data & member feedback to iterate their product strategy.
Advising their co-founders on their go-to-market & growth strategy.
Supporting them to define and staff up their content function for long-term success.
