We are so proud to be launching the ProteoxS today, the latest addition to our dilution refrigerator family. Faster, smaller and with no compromise on performance, the ProteoxS is a fast characterisation, rapid cooldown, quick turnaround system for low-temperature and high-magnetic field physics. 👉 < 10 mK base temperature 👉 Bottom-loading compatible, reducing cool-down time to 8 hours 👉 12 T solenoid and 6,1,1 T vector rotate magnet options 👉 30 K while operating magnet, making it ideal for transport measurements The ProteoxS enables more opportunities for low-temperature physics research, allowing university and research labs that haven’t previously invested in a system to access the equipment they need. Visit the press release to find out more and watch the ProteoxS come to life in the video below. https://lnkd.in/eCJ_Q8mx #ProteoxS #DilutionRefrigerator #LifeAtOI #Future #Research #Innovation #OxInstIsListening

This week we were thrilled to host the Institute of Physics 8th Superconductivity Summer School at our Tubney Woods factory! It was an honour to showcase our cutting-edge superconducting magnet and #Proteox dilution refrigerator technologies and their crucial applications in physics measurements and quantum research. It was a day filled with insight and discussion and a special highlight was the tour of our factory and applications lab, where participants could see our technologies in action. Thank you to all who attended and contributed to making this event a success. We hope everyone enjoyed the experience as much as we enjoyed hosting you! This time last week we were lucky to welcome Javad Shabani from New York University to visit the Oxford Instruments NanoScience factory. Javad presented a seminar to our engineers who were keen to learn what research is being done on our Triton dilution refrigerators and Teslatron high field magnet systems, located in his lab on broadway! To learn more about the research in the Shabani Lab visit: https://lnkd.in/e73NCyNb And learn more about our Teslatron here: https://lnkd.in/eu2GwE4g #quantumtechnologies #quantumonbroadway #dilutionrefrigerators #LifeAtOI
