Aim:The purpose of this study was to explore the original research related to the prospects of trauma pain management with Penthrox Inhaler, the benefits of using Penthrox inhaler in pre-hospital trauma pain management, and to identify the side effects from using Penthrox Inhaler based on researches published in international journals.

Method:The method used in this literature review is the PICO method a type of systematic literature review. Problem/patient: Severe pain. Intervention: Penthrox Inhaler, Comparison: none. Outcome: Pain relief, Keyword : Pain relief.

Result: The administration of Low Dose Methoxyflurane in cases of trauma pain showed a very significant effect. Giving Low Dose Methoxyflurane was given faster to the patient compared to other drugs. With the provision of LDM, the pain reduction was with a VAS value, which stated very satisfying by 42.8% and satisfying 67.3%. The side effects of using gas drugs are generally seen, whether it causes neprotoxicity and the level of tolerability by the patient himself. Before giving Methoxyflurane to patients, must ensure that the oxygen saturation level is above 90% and the maximum dosage given must be 6 ml in the span of 2 hours to reduce side effects. Ambulance officers can be safe with an exposure time of 8 hours while administering Penthrox to patients.

Injection practices was common medical procedure done by nurses according doctor's prescription. In nursing process, injection practice is part of nursing intervention, but injection practices was risky for the health care workers. Needle stick injury was happened to the nurses, 18% due disposal of the needle, and 15% while draw the blood for laboratory study. Adherence to the work procedure influence by few behavior factors. Aim of research of the research were to finding out of the factors influence of adherence to safe injection practice among the nurses at healthcare center X Qatar. Type of the research was observational analytic quantities of the analytic description, using cross sectional approach. 9 variable latent with 56 variable indicator. Size of sample were 114 nurses. Data analytic with using PLS-SEM. T-statistic value on variable culture 2.94; environment 1.99; work procedure 3.81 and supervisory 3.10. T-statistic of Individual characteristic, work facility, attitude, and knowledge bellow 1.96. R2 variable adherence were showed 96.05% with Q2 87.07%. Culture, environment, work procedure and supervisory influenced of the adherence safe injection practice among the nurses. (96.05%) variable independent influence of the adherence safe injection practice among the nurses, within 87.07% showed good predicted.

Tujuan PLS adalah membantu peneliti untuk mendapatkan nilai variabel laten untuk tujuan prediksi.

Variabel laten adalah linear agregat dari indikator-indikatornya. Weight estimate untuk menciptakan komponen skor variabel laten berdasarkan bagaimana inner model dan outler model dispesifikasi.

Hasilnya adalah residual variance dari variabel independen (keduanya variabel laten dan indikator) diminimumkan.

SMK3 merupakan salah satu sistem dalam manajemen perusahaan yang saling saling berkaitan. Sistem manajemen itu sendiri di artikan sebuah rangkaian kegiatan yang teratur dan saling berhubungan untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pimpinan perusahaan, sedangkan SMK3 adalah bagian dari sistem manajemen secara keseluruhan yang meliputi struktur organisasi perencanaan, tanggung jawab, pelaksanaan, prosedur proses dan sumber daya yang dibutuhkan bagi pengembangan pencapaian, pengkajian dan pemeliharaan kebijakan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai pada SMK3 meliputi berbagai golongan yang berkaitan. Dari beberapa golongan tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadikan sebuah sistem manajemen K3 yang baik dalam pelaksanaannya. Sistem manajemen K3 tersebut dapat digolongkan meliputi: (1) Alat ukur kinerja K3 dalam organisasi. (2) Pedoman implementasi K3 dalam organisasi. (3) Dasar penghargaan (awards). (4) Sertifikasi penerapan K3. Element-element penting yang ada dalam ISO 45001 ada tujuh elemen yaitu: (1) Context organization, (2) leadership and worker participation, (3) planning, (4) support, (5) operation, (6) performance evaluation and (7) improvement. Dengan adanya SMK3 menganut ISO 45001, gap yang ditemukan di perusahaan, akan mudah diketahui. Gap bisa di mulai dari contextual organisasi sampai program improvement. Penerapan program K3 menurut ISO 45001 mengharuskan manajemen untuk berperan dalam menentukan tata kelola manajemen K3 mulai dari penerbitan kebijakan tertulis, menjalskan contektual organisasi kepada semua karyawan sampai penerapan PDSA sebagai pendekatan yang digunakan dalam quality improvement. 1. Latar belakang Kegagalan (risk of failures) pada setiap proses atau aktifitas pekerjaan, dan saat kecelakaan kerja seberapapun kecilnya, akan mengakibatkan efek kerugian (loss). Menurut Dominich Copper bahwa kegagalan bisa di akibatkan oleh human error dan atau oleh organizational factor. So many incident and accident happened in Indonesia due to the company not compliance with this law. Any company not compliance to this law, only can get the punishment only 3 month jail and fine Rp 100000. As you know recenly with Rp 100000 you only can buy lunch food for two persons.

Lawforcement from the government is limited due lack of the control to the implementation of the occupational safety program and lack of the menpower.

Some company not established insurance for the employees, so there is no secure life for those workers.

Job description and qualification for the director of occupational safety, supervisor and safety specialist not clearly define in within this law. Involved company doctor not clearly define, what doctor qualification and education level. Practicaly there is another profession worked for occupational health program such occupational nurse, industrial hygiene and safety specialist. 

We recommended, to update the punishment type, and to be update qualification and education level for director, supervisor and safety specialist, occupational doctor, occupational nurse, industrial hygiene.
We recommended also to defining the criteria occupational health program, and company tobe establish system management of Occupational Health and Safety.

Apabila distribusi datanya normal, maka harus diuji dengan uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment, sebalinya dilakukan dengan uji korelasi Spearman. Dan seberapa besar kontribusi faktor X terhadap variabel Y, maka harus di uji dengan regresi linier analisis.
Korelasi dan regresi adalah dua hal yang berbeda. Dua duanya digunakan untuk mengukur keterkaitan scara statistik antara dua variabel atau lebih. Uji korelasi hanya sampai untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya korelasi, sedangkan regresi analisis dapat mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruhnya faktor X terhdap Y.

Introduction: Nurses has responsibility in prevention and control of infection in hospitals. Hand hygiene practices, basically procedure routine could be done by nurses to prevent of infection in hospital, but so many factors can influence of adherence hand hygiene practice. Attitude may influence of adherence of hand hygiene practices.  Methods: This study used an observational analytic with study of cross-sectional method. Aim research were to study of relationship between attitude and adherence hand hygiene practice among nurses In Patient Unit Semarang District Hospital. The study was conducted in May 2015 at In-patient Unit of the Semarang District Hospital. Number of sample were 107 nurses on duty at In-patient Unit of the Semarang District Hospital who meet inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data collected by filling a questionnaire of attitude and observation of hand hygiene practices. Practiced of hand hygiene observed by observer with double blind methods, between observer and nurses did not recognize each other. The data of demography, level of attitude and level of adherence hand hygiene described by distribution of frequencies analysis. Results: Attitude of nurses to hand hygiene showed 75,7%  positive, and compliance level to hand hygiene practice were showed 63,6%. Relationship analysis between attitude and adherence of hand hygiene practice among nurses done by correlate analyzed with Spearman Rank Test. The results of bivariate analysis r2 0.269 indicated correlated between attitude and adherence hand hygiene, probability result p=0.005 (<0,05) indicated significant relationship between attitudes and adherence of hand hygiene practice among nurses acquired by  Spearman Rank Test. Discussion: Attitude may influence adherence of the hand hygiene practice among nurses. Confirmed analysis that good attitude, may increased of adherence of hand hygiene practices. To improving adherence hand hygiene, not only influence by attitude, also influence by rule and procedure and must be same perception about importantly of hand hygiene practice can be prevented of cross infection in hospital.
