Simon Norgaard Iversen
My interests lies within the scope of dialectical critical pedagogy and at the moment my research is focussed on two topics: first I'm working on theorising a concept of norm creativity and second I'm working on an assessment of combatting climate change in relation to the Hegelian concept of recognition.
I hold a PhD in Ancient Philosophy from the Department of the Study of Religion, Aarhus University. I wrote my dissertation on the political philosophy of Roman Stoicism with an emphasis on their philosophy as a political way of life, seeking the transformation of society through a personal self-transformation of individuals.
