If you would like to learn Latin, you have come to the right place.

This site features two free courses for the Latin language:

• one in Classical Latin (the kind of Latin most Roman texts are in, including books by famous authors such as Caesar)
• and one in Biblical Latin (the kind of Latin you will find in the Vulgate Bible)

Please choose the course that best reflects your interests.

If you would like to be able to read ancient Roman texts or even scientific documents written later, the extensive Classical Latin course is the one for you.

If you would like to be able to read the Bible in Latin or even other ecclesiastic texts, the Biblical Latin course is a choice, because it allows you to read passages from the Vulgate Bible right from lesson 1.
