Returning: Weeds, Playboy Mansion (yes, really!)
Yes you heard it here first!
Weeds is coming back to Nine!
After dropping the show as part of its renewed Monday scheduling, Nine is returning the Showtime drama from 10:45pm Monday November 5.
It will be followed by the return of Girls of the Playboy Mansion.
Nine is licking its wounds over the failure of Viva Laughlin and appears to have heard the feedback that Weeds is a drama with an avid following.
Is this a sign of things to come?

Fantastic!! I love Weeds and was resigned to the fact that I would have to wait until the NRP. Now if only Seven can show the same respect to Las Vegas and ditto Ten with Monk we may have something!
omg, this must b the most sanest decision taken by nine!! thanks for keeping me in the loop with all things tv, esp. regarding this issue. nine has a reputation leaving tv viewers high and dry and w/o a reason i.e. nip/tuck, the disappearance of geoff jantz etc. just like to take my hat off to u for providing such a wonderful not to mention comprehensive blog!!
I don't think they had much choice.. gotta keep those first-run King of Queens eps for summer;)
I suppose the alternative was a 4 hour live version of Millionaire!

thank god weeds is coming back to aussie tv .
It was stupid to take it off as it is the only show worth watching on channel nine.
It's a awesome comedy/drama would be better if it was on abit earlier though so more people can enjoy this great show , oh well just glad it's back.
Finally channel nine made a good decision
