On January 8, 1989, British Midlands Flight 092 carried 118 passengers as it took off from London's Heathrow airport and headed to Belfast in Northern Ireland. Shortly afterwards, an engine failed lighting up the night sky with sparks and flames. The captain and crew prepared to divert to a nearby airport, but the Boeing 737- 400 struggled to stop in time as it headed directly towards a busy highway. Tragically, 47 people were killed. What went wrong? Investigators are shocked to discover that a fatal human error is to blame.

It is an emotional journey, whose significance lies not only in the length of time that has elapsed since visiting his birthplace but, also, in Yullala’s particular parentage.
