[ABC/8:30pm] Dalziel and Pascoe. In the third instalment of this series of Dalziel and Pascoe, Dalziel (Warren Clarke) and Pascoe (Colin Buchanan) arrive in Amsterdam for a European Police Conference. Over the next six days, Dalziel's life is turned upside down as he finds himself on the wrong side of the law; the prime suspect for the murder of a young British singer in Amsterdam. Pascoe is determined to carry out his own investigation. He is adamant that his friend and colleague is innocent. The Dutch Police force seems to have secrets of its own. De Keuiper, the police officer and conference host, appears too eager to ensure that Dalziel is charged with murder. Boersma, the Chief Investigating Officer, gives Dalziel a grilling. Pascoe enlists the help of Lateef and Spicer to prove the innocence of their boss. As the story unravels, the murder of a Sheffield Wednesday football fan and the disappearance of a young Muslim British woman all look to be linked to the murder for which Dalziel is the suspect. Revenge, illegal diamond dealing, honour killings and police corruption lie at the heart of this story.

Well-known actress and comedienne Julia Zemiro asks the questions and RocKwiz creator Brian Nankervis adjudicates over the mayhem, laughs and passion from inside the Esplanade Hotel in St Kilda, as the trivia tragics vie to prove the awesome extent of their musical knowledge. The new season kicks off with two very special guests. Kate Miller-Heidke, opera and cabaret singer turned singer/songwriter, takes on Paul Dempsey from Something for Kate. [SBS/10:10pm] VIP Pass: Live Forever – Screening as part of the VIP Pass music season on SBS Television, this hilarious documentary looks at the British music scene during the 1990s. After years of being dominated by primarily American music, the local British music scene started to re-emerge as a force to be reckoned with. Bands like Oasis and Blur were now topping the charts worldwide and so-called “Britpop” was born. The program follows the success of several of these bands including Massive Attack, Radiohead, The Chemical Brothers and Pulp. [ABC/2:00pm] Living Famously : Anthony Quinn. Final. Reveals the life and career of the late Anthony Quinn, who started out an impoverished immigrant and became one of Hollywood's most enduring stars. Rpt.

[ABC/7:30pm] Planet Earth. The newly discovered coral reefs in tropical Indonesia reveal that they are one of the richest in the world. They are home to fantasy-like creatures - such as the head-butting pygmy seahorse, the flashing electric clam and bands of 30-strong sea snakes which have never been filmed before as they hunt in packs, using cunning strategy. The episode uncovers mysterious giant colonies of seabirds nesting in the baking Arabian Desert, and ingenious surfing dolphins that have learnt to hydroplane right up onto the beach to catch their fish. Diving with graceful sea lions among vast swirling bait balls of anchovy, the greatest gathering of seabirds and whales in the ocean is filmed for the first time as they gorge on krill. New underwater time lapse photography reveals extraordinary plagues of sea urchins that decimate great aquatic forests of giant kelp. Star fish are shown on the rampage - including the world's biggest, the giant sun star, a monster in its world. And high speed photography reveals lightning ambushes by great white sharks on seals and gigantic bull fur seals, attacking king penguins, which put up one of the most spirited defences ever filmed.

Harvie Krumpet is the hilarious tale of an ordinary man seemingly cursed with perpetual bad luck. Born in a Polish forest and suffering from Tourette’s Syndrome, Harvie is marginalised from the rest of the village. At the age of 18 his parents are found frozen to death on their bicycles, just as the Germans invade and Harvie is forced to flee to Australia. Bad luck follows him and his misfortunes seem unending. [SBS/12:25am Mon] Movie: Zus & Zo – Nominated for an Academy Award in 2003, this film follows Michelle (Sylvia Poorta), Sonja (Monic Hendrickx) and Wanda (Anneke Blok), three sisters who are desperately trying to stop their gay brother Nino from getting married to the lively Bo (Halina Reijn). Nino was in love with the famous TV chef Felix, which was fine by the sisters, but now that he’s getting married it means that he’ll inherit the Hotel Paraiso, a beautiful estate on the sea in Portugal. The sisters adore this home and don’t want to part with it. All three sisters try all sorts of tricks to talk Bo out of marrying Nino. The reason why Nino wants to sell the Estate is that he wants the money for a sex change operation – a fact Bo doesn’t know.
