Going, going gone? Justice and The Code.

Justice seems to have been dropped from Nine's upcoming schedule, to be replaced by Amazing Medical Stories (whacko).

The show was never a hit in the US either, so it's odd that Nine scheduled this -particularly when fans are still awaiting the return of Nip / Tuck and Men in Trees.

Also not scheduled for the next 2 weeks is The Code / Motorway Patrol. Nine has the Oscars next Monday then is bringing What's Good For You back to the 7:30pm Mondays slot.

The Code this week rated just under 1m. As a big new series, it deserves a new slot rather than the axe altogether.

A Nine Press release confirms, "The Code remains in production, with additional episodes commissioned for Nine, and this groundbreaking series will return to Nine later this year."

But as we all know, "later this year" can also mean "out of ratings" as a slow death too. Therefore the significant words here are "remains in production."
