 Lockheed Martin's Turnkey Training Solutions produce fully trained, mission-ready warfighters. Our solutions adapt to each customer's training challenges and provide customers across the globe with innovative, cost effective answers, tailored to their specific needs and constraints.
Turnkey Training begins with a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) that breaks down the customer's training needs. Using Human Performance Engineering, our Subject Matter Experts can analyze exactly what training will be required to facilitate students to reach their maximum potential. The TNA then guides the development of course syllabi, associated lesson plans, courseware (instructor led and computer based training) and ultimately simulator and actual Aircraft Sortie Training. Lockheed Martin can provide all of these pieces to the training puzzle, including simulators and leased aircraft assets, packaged into an integrated solution that takes the students from training day one to warfighter.
Lockheed Martin puts it all together using our experience as a Training Systems Integrator, and produces extremely cost effective solutions, tailored to address the unique funding challenges of our Customers.
