Roles and responsibilities of the Equal Opportunity Programs Office:

  • Develop, implement and disseminate policies throughout the Corporation designed to prohibit discrimination
  • Build relationships and interface with government enforcement agencies
  • Provide guidance and direction to the Corporation on EEO and Affirmative Action issues
  • Participate with national organizations and serve on national and local community boards and advisory groups
  • Assist in minimizing EEO/AA corporate wide risks.
