Strategic Planning and Evaluation

Strategic Planning and Evaluation Division (SPED) provides capacity and technical leadership to support the Secretariat�s strategic and operational planning and manages the performance monitoring and evaluation of the organisation�s work.

It is responsible for servicing the Secretariat�s governing bodies (Board of Governors and Executive Committee). It promotes internal coordination and facilitates consideration of the future role of the Commonwealth, at various levels. It also facilitates coordination between the Secretariat and other Commonwealth organisations and civil society. The division reports directly to the Secretary-General and works with all divisions.
