FOX43 News at 7am says 'goodbye'

PORTSMOUTH, Va. - This morning FOX43 News at 7am came to a close.

The show first aired in February of 2009 and was co-hosted by Kerri Furey, Cheryl Tan, Don Roberts, and Jon Cash. Kelly Gaita and Face of FOX, Nick Vitale, were also featured – bringing Hampton Roads widely enjoyed segments like ‘Kelly Can’ and ‘Nick’s Picks.'

The cast is now moving on and getting ready to launch FOX43’s new morning show, ‘The Hampton Roads Show.’

‘The Hampton Roads Show’ will still feature many of the same segments as seen on FOX43 News at 7am, however, the show promises to be hyper-local and invite more interaction from the viewers, as well as a few new surprises.
