If you haven’t made it to the slopes this year, fear not! The team behind the fashionably cool Milk & Honey membership clubs brings to London a make-shift Alpine Lodge that offers a true rendition of the cosy atmosphere and gluttonous food/drink menu one relishes after a day’s skiing. David Johnston's free translation gives a nice nod to De Vega's life as one of the crazy characters adopts aspects of his biog. more ›

She's playing a sold-out gig with Hole next week, but it's just been announced that Courtney Love will be hitting Proud in Camden tonight for a surprise show that leaves her set to 'do a few numbers'. The show will be part of Smash & Grab's Valentines Ball and Courtney joins a line-up that already includes the much recommended I Blame Coco, Jay and the Boys and folksters Babe Shadow. If the queues at Proud aren't already ridiculous, tonight there's no doubt it's going to be manic. £4 in before 10pm and bands are from 7.30. Let us know if there's any drama.
