An Oakland woman sits in jail this morning on suspicion of murdering her 2-year-old daughter. Tiffany Lopez, 19, who is three months pregnant and was arrested on child endangerment charges in December, is alleged to have suffocated "Kamilah in their second-floor apartment on the 2800 block of High Street."
