Police say they believe they have now recovered both passengers who were killed when an amphibious vehicle known as a duck boat was run over and sunk Wednesday by a city-owned barge.

Kenneth J. Duckworth took Philadelphia and the Jersey Shore with him wherever he went in a long life of adventure, accomplishment and danger. A native Philadelphian, Ken never forgot his hometown.
