Actress Reese Witherspoon is set to marry her fianc�, agent Jim Toth, Saturday in Ojai, Calif.

The extravagant but intimate wedding for 100 guests will take place at the Oscar-winning star's Libbey Ranch mansion, which she purchased in 2008 for $6.95 million dollars. Reese's two children, 7-year-old Deacon and 11-year-old Ava, are said to be playing a major role in the ceremony.

Will Reese's ex-husband Ryan Phillippe attend? He recently dodged the question when asked by the paparazzi, but one source told RadarOnline.com, "He won't be there."

There was also some speculation Witherspoon was setting up a prenuptial agreement with Toth, but PopEater's Rob Shuter told "Extra" it's not true. "Friends tell me if she felt she needed a prenup, he wasn't going to be the man for her."
