    A federal judge in Chicago has denied Rod Blagojevich's request for a mistrial in his political corruption retrial. Blagojevich defense attorney Lauren Kaeseberg sought the mistrial Wednesday morning, saying that the defense wasn't being allowed to conduct any "meaningful cross-examinations."
