Church of God Ministries is pleased to partner with Fairfax Community Church, Fairfax, Virginia in the sending of Jeff and Lisa Baltes. Jeff and Lisa are serving as seconded missionaries to Kenya at Kima International School of Theology (KIST).
Jeff serves as the academic dean for the school. Lisa is the guest coordinator and also is responsible for providing hospitality for teams visiting the school. These are key roles at KIST. Jeff and Lisa are from the Midwest and have been a military family since 1981, when Jeff joined the United States Air Force. He retired as a major with his last assignment being at the Pentagon. Jeff and Lisa also served as missionaries in Zambia from 2007 through 2009. They have two daughters: Lindsey Lette is married and lives with her husband, SSgt Nathan Lette, who serves in the United States Air Force. Allison (Ali) works in the intelligence field in the national capital region and attends Fairfax Community Church in Virginia. |
