Facilitate continued development, planning and training for both Aldersgate Education Center, Children of Promise-Safina, and Babati Bible School.
Managing the Church of God construction projects in Northern Tanzania.
Hosting visiting groups annually.

The Shulars' ministry objective is to serve the Lord Jesus Christ by working in partnership with the Church of God of Tanzania. They will do this by assisting the Tanzanian General Assembly towards their goal of an independent self-propagating organization by advising, encouraging, and empowering Tanzanian leaders.

Born and raised in the Vancouver, Washington First Church of God, Ben and Kelli's choice to go on a work camp in place of a honeymoon started a commitment to service from day one of their marriage. Following a period of sending and supporting missionaries, the Shulars felt the call to full time cross-cultural service.
Kelli is a graduate of Warner Pacific College while Ben graduated from Mid-America Christian University. They have also completed the HEART program, Missionary Training International, and Perspectives in World Mission program.

Ben and Kelli have been serving the Church of God in Tanzania since 2004 with their two sons Noah and Jonah.
