High School student Matt Peterson really wants to take Miley Cyrus to his prom. So much so that he made an adorable, now viral, video asking the 21-year-old pop star to his formal school dance. "I have been a fan of yours from the beginning. You've changed my life, and I want to repay you by giving you the best night of your life," Matt wrote alongside his prom invite.
