On March, 24, 2014 the PHC «Zelenodolsk plant named after A.M. Gorky» (incorporated by the JSC „Ak-Bars“ Holding Company») arranged a formal ceremony of honoring the plant specialists, who became the laureates of the XIV All-Russia competition „Engineer of 2013“ and employees, who made significant contribution into the development of inventive and innovative operation at the enterprise.

On December, 18, 2013 the delegation of the Ministry of National Defence of the Socialistic Republic of Vietnam headed by the Deputy Head of the Navy Engineering Office Hoang Tien Tung (Vietnam side) and the delegation of the JSC «Rosoboronexport», PHC „Zelenodolsk Plant named after A. M. Gorky“ and JSC „Zelenodolsk Design Bureau“ (Russian side) carried out the acceptance of the First Stage of works fulfilled on the first of two Gepard-3.9 frigates with untisubmarine armament.

On November, 27 the Hall of Columns of the Kazan city hall hosted the distribution of awards to the winners of the Best Goods and Services of the Republic of Tatarstan competition and 100 Best Goods of Russia 2013 all-Russian competition.

Bridges are the pride of the plant.
Since 1997 the plant has mastered manufacturing of large-sized metal structures for bridge spans. The technology of production of bridge span metal structures from large-sized blocks weighing up to 120 tons was applied for the first time in
The era of high-speed ships and vessels construction.
The plant started construction of high-speed ships and vessels in 1961. Within the period from 1961 to 2006 the plant had built 356 motor vessels of «Meteor» type. „Meteor“ hydrofoil is considered to be the most economically efficient vessel of the given type.
