Located in the heart of the nation’s capital, the School of Continuing Studies offers students an enriching experience where they will expand their horizons intellectually, culturally, and personally. In the classroom, students attend stimulating classes where they collaborate with peers, participate in engaging group discussions, and learn from world-renowned faculty. Outside of class, students can explore the vibrant surroundings of D.C.—from museums and monuments to concerts, street festivals, and countless unique attractions. Students can also get involved with the community by participating in Georgetown’s numerous volunteer opportunities or holding internships with local institutions.

With a perfect Transit Score of 100 and a Walk Score of 98, the School of Continuing Studies is located in one of the most accessible areas of D.C. The SCS campus is within walking distance of all five Metro Rail lines, countless Metro Bus stops, the DC Circulator, and more than 3,000 parking spaces, offering students numerous convenient options for commuting. Services
SCS offers an array of services on campus to provide students with everything they need in one convenient location. The School’s campus features 91,000 square feet of classroom, office, and meeting space, including a digital media center, an auditorium, and multiple work, lounge, and meeting spaces. Students also have access to the campus bookstore, admissions office, library, financial services office, GOCard office, Interfaith Chapel, and a number of other useful resources and facilities. Spiritual Life
SCS integrates Georgetown’s rich Jesuit traditions into program curricula to help students grow intellectually, spiritually, and emotionally.
