Pension health

Understanding pensions is key to the retirement dreams of millions of Americans.
Pension health is a term used to describe the status of the country's pension systems. Several organizations, groups, including the Pew Charitable Trusts, Morningstar's independent research group and State Budget Solutions, have generated reports on different aspects of the states' pensions. Every state was reported to have at least slightly underfunded pension systems, with the exception of the Pew report's findings on Wisconsin.
