Arusha, 18 December 2017: The three-day African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights (AfCHPR) sensitisation mission to Praia, Republic of Cape Verde, from 13 to 15 December 2017 was a great success, according to the Court’s President Justice Sylvain Oré.
Arusha, 24 November, 2017: The African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights (AfCHPR) is today delivering a judgment in Application 003/2014-- Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza v Republic of Rwanda.
The Judgment is being delivered at the Kibo Court Room Hall - AfCHPR premises at the Tanzania National Parks (TANAPA) building, Burka area, along Dodoma Road, at 10:00 am (East African time).

1.The African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights (the Court), under the aegis of the African Union, in collaboration with the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania, the German Development Cooperation (GiZ), European Union, and World Bank organized the Third African Judicial Dialogue on the theme “Improving Judicial Efficiency in Africa”, from 9-11 November, 2017, in Arusha, Tanzania.
