About the Initiative
The Atlantic Council's Economic Sanctions Initiative is galvanizing the transatlantic private and public community to stimulate thinking on economic sanctions and improve their design and implementation process. The Initiative convenes influential minds to identify best practices and promote more effective economic sanctions with fewer unintended consequences for the private sector. We provide a forum for new and innovative ideas, energizing key stakeholders on both sides of the Atlantic with a broader business perspective beyond purely national security issues.
The Economic Sanctions Initiative is made possible through the generous support of Hogan Lovells US LLP, PricewaterhouseCoopers US LLP and The Hon. David D Aufhauser.
