The Business Administrator is the chief operations officer for the City of Hoboken and is responsible for overseeing the operation of all municipal departments and employees.
Each year the City of Hoboken goes to market to acquire goods and services. When such items exceed $40,000, an open bid process is followed. In these cases Request For Proposals (RFP’s) & Request For Quotes (RFQ’s) are advertised in multiple local papers for at least 10 days prior to such bids.
