Fitness professional and Pilates instructor Rocco Sorace has designed a unique style of Fitness Pilates specially tailored for you to join in the comfort and convenience of your home. Suitable for beginners, the 50-minute class will guide you through a program to help improve strength, flexibility and mobility, improve abdominal and back strength along with maintaining postural alignment and stress relief and relaxation.
