The Capitol Child Development Center (CCDC) has been in operation since 1988 and was created as a model program by the Connecticut General Assembly to provide quality child care services for children 8 weeks through 5 years of age.
We offer full-year, full-day early care and education for up to 70 children from Hartford and its surrounding areas.
We are committed to providing a diverse learning environment that nurtures a professional staff, recognizes the individual needs of children and provides support to their families in partnership with varied community resources.
