Today, the outbreak of a global pandemic has brought with it a great deal of changes. As many pilots and mechanics have been grounded amid the COVID19 pandemic, maintaining their skills has been crucial. We have adapted to ensure continuous and thorough pilot & mechanic training in preparation for a safe return to flight.
Our mission is also to transmit our vocation to the next generation.
With the aviation sector’s anticipated requirement for new pilots and new mechanics during the next two decades, Airbus initiated the Airbus Pilot Cadet Training Programme in flight training and the basic programme in maintenance training.
Those programmes provide students with the skills and mindset required to become operationally-ready pilots and technicians.
