Fans of Stranger Things around the world have been waiting for Netflix to confirm a release date for season 4. We have some rumors to tell you!

Due to the ongoing pandemic, Stranger Things is also one of the series that had a delay in production. The production started in 2020 but again was shot down because of the lockdowns. Being filmed in Atlanta, it is known to be back on track for filming.

The concept of Stranger Things began with the brothers, Matt and Ross Duffer also known professionally as the Duffer Brothers. They felt that they could take the concept of the 2013 film Prisoners, and expand it in a serialized television approach over eight or so hours.

When is the release date of Season 4?

Unfortunately, there isn’t an official date or premier of the series new season but rumors are around for it to release in 2021. According to TV Line, it sounds like Stranger Things season 4 is likely to come to the streaming platform Netflix in 2021. There isn’t an exact date but predictions are made this way. The TV Line report explains: “The good news: Shooting on Season 4 resumed last fall in Georgia and there’s every reason to believe we’ll be revisiting Hawkins before the year is out.”

There are many worries of fans to have the season 4 be released in 2022, but we are here to tell you to keep your hopes up!
