Important notice regarding Public Tender(Bid) Openings Tuesday, 14 July 2020

Further to the notice dated 16 March 2020 regarding Public Bid (Tender) Openings, vendors are advised that the Procurement Division’s Public Bid (Tender) Openings will be resumed effective 1 August 2020 in accordance with the attached Letter.

Vendors shall note the new timeline, following the bid closing time, for the conduct of Public Bid (Tender) Openings.

United Nations Technical Flight Service Vendor Registration Process – Expedited Procedures during COVID-19 Global Pandemic Saturday, 11 April 2020

The attached Annex 1changes to the Technical and Operational Evaluation Criteria (TOEC) effective immediately to ensure continued United Nations support during the COVID-19 pandemic, introduce a new expedited technical registration process.

Important notice regarding Bid submissions and public openings due to the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic Monday, 16 March 2020

Bid/proposals submissions: Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, effective immediately, the UN Secretariat will only solicit submissions of bid and proposals via electronic means. The solicitation documents issued by the procurement officials of the UN Secretariat will identify such mode of submission. Vendors are requested to follow the latest bid/proposal submission instructions sent by the respective procurement officials, and contact them should they do not receive new instructions for submission of bids/proposals. Vendors are advised that the UN will neither require nor accept physical bid/proposal submissions, whether by courier, FedEx, DHL, personal delivery, or similar physical means.

Public Bid (Tender) Openings: All public bid openings are cancelled effective immediately. Vendors who submitted bids as a result of Invitation to Bids may request the Bid Abstract Sheet (which includes the List of Vendors who submitted bids and the total price of their bids) within 30 days from the date of the Tender opening via email to [email protected].
