Imagine how you'd feel if you were a comic book fan and were handed the keys to a big-budget Superman sequel that promised to bring the big guy together on the big screen with Batman and Wonder Woman for the first time in history? That's probably how Zack Snyder feels right now, and in a new interview with Forbes, he opened up -- just a little -- about what's going on behind the scenes of the upcoming Man of Steel sequel.

Hans Zimmer Will Return to Score Batman vs. Superman!

comingsoon.net – One of the major uncertain factors for Warner Bros.' upcoming Batman vs. Superman , nearly from the start, has been whether composer Hans Zimmer will return to provide the score for the film. Zimmer previously mentioned that he was leaning towards not doing it, as he didn't want to retread any of the territory he may have gone into when he scored Christopher Nolan's "Dark Knight" trilogy. 6 years 40 weeks ago via theothersenhman

The result was great; Zimmer’s score for Man of Steel was instrumental in crafting an identity for the film.

screenrant.com – Oscar-winning film composer Hans Zimmer’s drum-tastic score for Man of Steel ranks among his most impressive work in recent memory, but there’s been some doubt surrounding his potential return to provide the music for the Man of Steel sequel – not least of all, because the movie will include Batman, who’s a comic book character that Zimmer previously helped bring to life when he scored director Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight trilogy. 7 years 20 weeks ago via theothersenhman

Man of Steel
We remain perpetually annoyed by the trailers-upon-trailers that every major movie seems to get these days, and also, far be it from this site to ever besmirch anything Terence Stamp has ever done on camera. That being said, the new (and presumably final) Man of Steel promo clip suggests a couple of things:

Man of Steel
He's a brilliant visual stylist, but the knock on Zack Snyder as a director is that he too often neglects real storytelling in favor of pretty pictures. The latest Man of Steel trailer, however, suggests he may have made a quantum leap as a filmmaker.
