All the Bonds of Caution and other Executry insurance products are underwritten by CLS PI on behalf of Great Lakes Insurance SE, UK Branch (“Great Lakes”). Great Lakes is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Munich Re group of companies and has a financial strength rating of AA- and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
We have an indemnity limit of £10 million and an online platform for professionals to order and place both Lay and Professional Guardian Bonds of Caution, as well as being able to apply for Executry Bonds of Caution.
Members of the Law Society of Scotland are entitled to a 10% discount for both Guardianship and Executry Bonds that are placed with Savendale Powered by CLS PI.
