CPD requirements
The minimum CPD requirements for Accredited Paralegals will resume from 1 February 2021. They had been suspended for the 2020/2021 practice year due to Coronavirus.
Trainee Accredited paralegals
With the start of the new practice year (Feb 2021) we would expect that most trainees are now in working environments (albeit remotely) where they can complete their traineeships. Where traineeships have been suspended, they should resume unless there are ongoing challenges that would prevent them from restarting eg being on furlough.
