Ten universities in Scotland are accredited by the Society to provide the LLB as the Foundation Programme. Applications for the LLB are made through the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS). The table below outlines the ten accredited providers offering the LLB in Scotland, and the various options available within each LLB.

If you wish to study law, you should make every effort to attend open days at the universities as this will help you make an informed decision about where you wish to study. More detailed information about the content of the LLB degree can be obtained from the law schools at each of the universities and we recommend you do your research thoroughly.

Please note, there is no Open University option for a Scottish LLB, and while an Open University law course may form part of the route to qualification in England and Wales, it is extremely important to note it does not form any part of the route to qualification in Scotland.
